6-Day Portrait Course Goa (Patnem)
Learn portrait sketching in a calm, natural workspace by the sea.
The 6-Day Portrait Course is a structured, immersive, and highly personalised program designed to help beginners, intermediate artists, and advanced practitioners develop confidence and clarity in charcoal portrait drawing.
Over nine guided sessions, you’ll explore facial structure, proportion, light, shadow, expression, and emotion, using both charcoal and the dry-brush technique.
You will create two complete portraits during the course:
● The first portrait focuses on building strong technical foundations – understanding structure, form, angles, and values.
● The second portrait allows for deeper interpretation and artistic expression, helping you bring individuality, softness, and emotion into your work.
Whether you’re just starting or have years of drawing experience, the course adapts to your level through personal guidance, constructive feedback, and daily hands-on practice.
Our step-by-step method helps you strengthen observation, improve accuracy, and develop a sensitive, expressive approach to drawing the human face.
This course is ideal for anyone who wants to move beyond basic drawing and learn realistic charcoal portrait sketching in a supportive, focused environment.
No prior portrait experience is required – just curiosity and willingness to learn.
